Conditions governing your use of Aerolib

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and website provided by Aerolib Healthcare Solutions LLC ("Aerolib"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Aerolib platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Aerolib provides AI-driven healthcare revenue cycle management tools including but not limited to: appeal letter generation, denials management, utilization review support, clinical decision support, analytics dashboards, and educational resources. Our services are designed for use by authorized healthcare professionals and organizations.
3. User Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
- Ensure all uploaded clinical data is accurate and authorized for processing
- Comply with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations applicable to your organization
- Use the platform solely for lawful healthcare-related purposes
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Aerolib platform, including software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are owned by Aerolib Healthcare Solutions LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose during your subscription term.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Appeal letters and clinical recommendations generated by Aerolib AI are tools to assist healthcare professionals. They do not constitute medical advice, legal counsel, or a guarantee of appeal success. All generated content should be reviewed by qualified professionals before submission. Aerolib is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerolib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Aerolib reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unauthorized use, or failure to pay. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Business Associate Agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
